Join the Common Thread Team
Help shape a new community-building arts project in Thunder Bay.
I'm looking for a small team of 4–6 youth (ages 16–21) to help bring The Common Thread Project to life.
At its heart, The Common Thread Project is about helping us see one another more fully, beyond our differences. Working together, we'll create a series of public installations featuring portrait photography, immersive audio interviews, and written stories from people representing a wide range of lived experiences across Thunder Bay.
As part of the team, you'll help shape the project while building skills in interviewing, photography, audio production, public art, and community engagement. You'll also gain mentorship, practical experience, and have a genuine voice in the project's creative direction.
